Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
1. Scope
This Policy explains how Lynqo handles personal information when you use our websites, applications and social publishing tools.
2. Information we collect
We collect account information such as your email address, profile name, organization and authentication records. When you connect a social account, we receive the account identifier, display name, avatar, permissions and authorization tokens supplied by that platform.
We also process content, captions, media, schedules, publishing settings and status information you submit, together with basic technical and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, connect authorized social accounts, display the selected creator, schedule and publish requested content, maintain publishing history, provide support, prevent abuse and improve reliability.
4. TikTok and other connected platforms
TikTok account data is used only to provide features you request. Each TikTok account must be authorized by its owner. Before publishing, we use current creator information and the permissions granted by that creator. TikTok’s own privacy policy applies to its processing.
5. Sharing
We transmit information to a connected platform when you request an action such as authorization, upload or publication. We may use infrastructure, database, hosting and security providers to operate the service. We do not sell personal information.
6. Token and data security
Social access and refresh tokens are stored server-side and encrypted. We use access controls, one-time OAuth state validation and workspace authorization checks. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users should protect their own credentials.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information while your account or workspace is active and as needed for security, support and legal obligations. Disconnecting a social account stops future use of its authorization. You may request account and personal-data deletion by contacting us.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. You can revoke a platform connection through Lynqo or the platform itself.
9. Children
Lynqo is intended for people who are legally permitted to use the service and is not directed to children under 13.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as the service changes. Privacy questions or requests may be sent to support@lynqo.app.
